Refund Policy

 

1. Return Eligibility (Non-Defective Merchandise)

Return requests must be submitted in writing to info@huskeewholesale.com  within 30 calendar days of delivery.

To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unused

  • Items must be in original packaging

  • Items must be in resalable condition

  • Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

Returns require prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.


2. Restocking Fee

Approved non-defective returns are subject to:

  • A 15% restocking fee

  • Customer-paid return shipping costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

The restocking fee applies to cover inspection, handling, and processing costs.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

You must notify us within 30 calendar days of delivery by emailing:

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item(s)

  • Photos of packaging (if damage occurred during transit)

Failure to report damage within 30 days constitutes acceptance of the shipment.

Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If confirmed to be our error or carrier-related damage, we will:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Issue store credit or refund at our discretion

  • Cover return shipping if required

Do not discard damaged items until the claim is resolved.


4. Risk of Loss & Shipping

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.

If damage occurs during transit, we will assist in filing a carrier claim when appropriate.


5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage resulting from misuse, improper cleaning, or improper handling

  • Items returned used or not in resalable condition

  • Final sale items

  • Custom or special-order items


6. Refund Processing

Once a return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days

  • Refund amounts will reflect applicable restocking fees and deductions

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet policy requirements.


7. Policy Enforcement

HuskeeWholesale reserves the right to:

  • Refuse excessive or abusive return requests

  • Limit returns for customers with repeated claims

  • Modify this policy at any time without prior notice

The policy in effect at the time of purchase governs the transaction.
