Refund Policy
Under special conditions, we will charge a 15% restock fee and the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs for the return. We do not accept returns for normal wear and tear or damage from improper use. If the items were received in error, HuskeeWholesale will cover 100% of the cost of return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@huskeewholesale.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. (Within 14 days of receiving the order.) The buyer is responsible for any received merchandise that is received damaged until we can review and approve an appropriate return. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
